→ A severe allergy to delegation→ An dangerous inability to say no→ An overpowering urge to people please
And maybe this is all because we want to feel needed.
Maybe, just maybe… you’ve built your identity as the person who does it all.
Those who step into this gorgeous world are usually a certain type of person.
One who cares…
Who has passion…
Who wants to be everything to everyone.
And this is so often why salon owners get stuck in the loop.
And this loop is not a good place to be.
I wonder, are you stuck in the loop?

And when you act as the ‘therapist’ in the business, and do all the tasks, you are needed.
But, I want to suggest something to you….
Maybe where you’re needed the most is by the business itself?
Maybe your business really needs you at the moment.
To control it, to oversee it, to operate it.
Maybe that’s where you are REALLY needed.
Change your role.
Change your business…
