A different kind of list altogher…

As salon entrepreneurs, we run on to-do lists (yes, and caffeine!)…

→ Each and every day… → Ever increasing… → Never ending… → Overwhelming…

We add the tasks we think we have to do and inevitably tick off the easiest to make us feel good.

The dopamine hit of a crossed off task hits hard, am I right?

But did you know that CEOs don’t have to do lists?

They have “NOT to do lists”.

And this one little hack could shift your whole business.

But… I am sorry to tell you this…

These are NOT CEO tasks.

And that’s why you need a NOT to do list.

Now these lists are not the same for everyone – and it will depend very much on your business set up.

But, its time for some major CEO energy upgrades.

I want you to pick 5 tasks to add to your NOT to do list that will help you move your business forward.

✅ These are the tasks you do not do.

✅ Tasks that drain your time, your energy and your creativity

✅ Tasks that you don’t love and can easily be delegated

✅ And you do not do them no matter what!

One of the keys to the success of my spa was that I WASN’T a qualified therapist.

Why is that good I hear you ask?

Well, because I physically couldn’t jump in on treatments – which meant I was free to build the business whist the team became more adaptable and in control because I wasn’t a viable back up.

Think of a HUGE multinational brand and think of their CEO.

Are they answering the customer service lines?

No!

Are they cleaning the bathrooms?

Heck no!

Are they filing accounts?

Not even that!

Why not?

It’s not because they’re too good for these tasks – it’s because they know there are more efficient operators to do these generalised tasks whilst they do they stuff they were exclusively made to do…

The sparkle that brings the business to life.
