I remember the day we took our spa bookings online.
It had been met with huge resistance from my team – and from me. Despite having nine rooms and ten staff, we were hugely reluctant to take the leap.
Using a ‘book and a pen’ was how we did things – and that was how we wanted it to stay!
Because a book is tangible, isn’t it? We had full control of the book. We could pick it up and feel it.
